My name is Lauren Perri and I am a Registered Psychotherapist based in Ontario, with a deep commitment to helping youth and adults navigate anxiety, depression, addiction and the quiet weight of everyday struggles. My practice is built on the belief that every person has the capacity for growth — and that the right support can make all the difference.
My path to therapy was shaped by my own experiences with uncertainty and change. I know what it feels like to search for solid ground. That lived understanding informs everything I do — I bring not just training, but genuine empathy to every session.
I use an integrative approach, drawing on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and mindfulness-based practices. Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all model, I tailor each session to your unique needs, goals, and pace.
Every person who walks through my door deserves to feel seen, heard, and respected — exactly as they are.
I draw on approaches that are grounded in research, including CBT, ACT, DBT and mindfulness-based practices.
Therapy works best when we work together. I follow your lead, honour your pace, and celebrate your progress.
I see you as a whole person — not a diagnosis. Our work addresses your mind, body, relationships, and life.
"I don't just listen — I walk alongside you, every step of the way."
